Well, I used to have flashed, but I lost it in my computer before I could finish anything, but here's a few sentences of advise.
The more layers there are, the easier it is to animate, bu the harder it is to manage.
Tweens are your freinds, but don't overuse them.
Actionscript is only important if you are making a game, or a replay button, or something like that.
Never show weakness (as in, don't ever say 'This is bad' or 'Im not that good yet') But don't get cocky, and NEVER EVER, order people to do anything (Vote 5, Review Good, etc.) You can try and cleverly disguise those things, but don't try it until you know that you can pull it off.
